Returns / Refunds
All sales are final. We will accept items for return up to 7 days after the delivery date.  After the 7 days we will offer an exchange or store credit only.
To be eligible for a exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items returned to us after 7 days without contacting us will not receive a exchange or store credit. 

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Special Order or Custom Order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

 Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not receive an exchange or store credit. Exchanges are contingent upon inspections of item (s) once we receive it.


Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.
   

Exchanges/ Re-Size 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Their is a $12.00 sizing fee if any stacks needs to be a different size.  You must also contact us within the 7 days if you need a different size.  Send us an email at made2stack@comcast.net and send your item to: Made 2 Stack, 7121 Sunset Ct, White Lake MI 48383, United States. .



Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Made 2 Stack, 7121 Sunset Ct, White Lake MI 48383, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
